- Can I make it for someone else's child?
- Yes, as long as you have the parent's permission to use the photo. You'll need to be 18 or older to order.
- Can I give it as a gift without the child knowing?
- Yes. Make the book yourself, print it, and hand it over — the reveal is the best part.
- How much does it cost?
- $15 for a personal book and $25 for a family book with up to five people. You see two finished pages of your own photo free before you pay anything.
- Is it printed and mailed?
- No — it's a print-ready PDF. You download it and print it at home or at any print shop, as many times as you like for your own family.
- How long does it take?
- The two free pages are drawn while you wait. After you pay, the full book usually arrives by email in about ten minutes; a family book takes a little longer.
- What if I don't like how it came out?
- Email us within 14 days and we'll redraw your book once, free. If you're still not happy after that, we refund half of what you paid.
- What happens to my photo?
- It's used only to draw your book and deleted once the book is finished. Your download link works for 30 days.
